Gluten-Free Pizza

Yes — we make a gluten-free pizza at all four locations, and we'll tell you exactly what that means before you order.

Little Pops offers a gluten-free crust in 10" and 14"at every location — Naperville, Lisle, Aurora and North Aurora. Any of our specialty pizzas, or your own combination of toppings, can be made on it. The 18" size is not available gluten-free.

When you order online you’ll see the gluten-free crust listed under the size options, with two choices. They are not the same thing, and picking the right one matters.

Gluten Free — Dietary

For guests avoiding gluten by choice or for a non-celiac sensitivity. Your pizza is made on a certified gluten-free crust in our standard kitchen.

Gluten Free — Celiac / Allergen

For guests with celiac disease or a diagnosed gluten allergy. This flags the order to the kitchen so the team takes additional handling precautions. Choose this one if gluten makes you ill.

About cross-contact — please read

We are a pizzeria. We hand-stretch wheat dough in the same kitchen every day, so there is flour in the air and shared equipment in use. We are not an allergen-free kitchen and we cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment. We take real precautions when you select the celiac option, and plenty of gluten-sensitive regulars eat with us happily — but if your reaction is severe, we would rather you knew that now than found out the hard way. Call the store and ask for a manager if you want to talk it through before ordering.

What else we can do

Gluten-free crust is the main thing, but it isn’t the only option. Our salads, wings and antipasto travel well for a gluten-free guest, and the Lisle Trattoria kitchen has more room to adapt a dish than our carry-out stores do. If you’re planning a group meal, call ahead and we’ll work it out with you — that’s far easier than improvising at the counter on a Friday night.

Ordering gluten-free

Choose your location, pick a 10" or 14" pizza, then select the gluten-free crust option before adding to your cart. If you have celiac disease, choose the celiac/allergen option rather than the dietary one.

Prefer to talk to someone? Every location’s phone number is on our locations page, and the full menu is at littlepopspizzeria.com/menu.
